1 set of comfortable clothes

1 pinch of time
1 tablespoon of endurance
1 teaspoon of faith
1 quiet mind
1 dash of trust
1 open heart
Change into comfortable clothes. Turn the phone off and light the candle. Put the music on. Find a comfortable postion in the favorite place of your choice. Take some relaxing deep breathes and visualize your ultimate favorite place where are at peace, full of harmony and completely carefree.
