Prayer for Peace

Lord, make me an instrument of your peace

Where there is hatred,
let me sow love:

Where there is injury, pardon;

Where there is doubt, faith;

Where there is despair, hope;

Where there is darkness, light;

Where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master, grant that I may seek not so much to be consoled as to console; to be understood as to understand; to be loved as to love; for it is in the giving that we receive; it is the pardoning that we are pardoned, and it is in dying that we are born to Eternal Life with you our Father/Mother

This is a prayer that was on a book marker in a book that was in my library for years. I was woken up in the middle of the night and told to let this be the prayer.

Dear Angels, I AM and/or God,

As I walk this Journey with you by my side
I extend my hand to yours.

Do you feel my pain?
Do you know my heartache?
Do you see my sadness?
Do you hear my cries?

As I look into your eyes, I can see my tears...
I am beside myself in this Darkness.
This Madness.
It's all around me.

Then I take a Deep breath and I stop.
You draw me closer to you and look into my heart.

In that moment a rush of quietness flows through me like a wave.
Knocking me over, a gentle voice fills me with peace and serenity.

I have heard all.
I have seen all.
Know that I am.

The Voice Continues:

Do you feel my love?
Do you feel my peace?
Do you feel my light?
Do you hear me?

Tears running down my face,
I close my eyes and take a deep breath.
Enraptured in the light!

Do you hear me?

I am here...Always...

A Meditation for a Comforting Peaceful Sleep

As I drift off to sleep I see a RADIANT BRIGHT WHITE LIGHT  
envelope my tired body.

I hear the echoes of silent songs within the melody of my heart
calling my name.

I smell the sweet fragrant floral breath of the Angels
as they loving heal and caress my aching body.

I feel GOD'S soft subtle touch as he gathers me up in his strong loving arms and fills me with his divine presence.
I now know all is well.
