Here comes the SUN. After a grueling winter take some time to go outside and bath in the sunlight. Moderate amounts of Sunlight give us energy, Vitamin D and help stabilize and balance our mood. The chemical interaction in the brain converts energy into messages that tell the body, mind and soul to start the process of healing. It uses these energy messages as units of sun juice to enhance, clean and rejuvenate on all levels. There is so much the medical community does not know or understand including how our bodies operate and the need for sun light to support and maintain all systems. Everyday we bath our selves to clean our skin and feel replenished do the same thing with sunlight your body will thank you.
While in direct sunlight close your eyes and take 3 deep cleansing breaths in through your nose out through your mouth. Allow the sunlight to wash over your body and be absorbed into your chakras. Mentally release all unwanted emotional, feelings and thoughts. Refill your body mind and soul only with LOVING SUNLIGHT.
Turn around and repeat this process with your back to the sun.
Do this everyday to stay healthy.
